現場の負担軽減と離職防止
AeroRoster2 は、このサーバーにチーム設定を保存しません。JSON ファイルはセッション中のみブラウザ上で処理され、サーバーには送信されません。
AeroRoster2 does not store your team settings on this server. JSON files are processed only in your browser during the session and are never sent to the server.
出力形式
勤務表は社員を行、日付を列にした横持ち形式で表示します。
スキルスコアを 本人が推測できないようにするため、結果画面には日別のスキル合計を表示しません。
有給は V、希望公休と通常公休は R、未割当は N/A、勤務はシフトIDで表示します。
月の公休日数は希望公休を含み、有給は含めません。
CSVも同じコード形式で出力し、社員名やシフト名などの日本語は含めません。
Schedules are displayed in a horizontal layout with employees as rows and dates as columns. The layout is designed for real‑world operations, for example by preventing employees from guessing their own skill scores.
